They ****** me

I paid Dstv on the 20 July 2021 via my Fnb App under my bills I have been paying like that almost 5 years now.but suddenly they said they didn't get the money R613 and the money went through like other months...when I tried to contact them they want proof of payment I gave them " bank transaction history " and "bank statement which shows that the money was debited to my account but they insisted that they didn't get it.

I contacted the bank for REVERSAL they said they can't reverse Public Receipent I must talk to Multichoice,Hence they don't want to use bank statement as proof .

Please help me I need my R613 back.
