They're robbing me & now they don't want to respond

<p>First i called (in time) to downgrade from extra view to compact & they said I should pay 345 which i did. The next month they tell me i should pay R573 which was shocking. I called and they said their system didn't pick-up my downgrade, which wasn't my fault & they agreed. I told them i won't pay for current month until they remove that balance, they suspended my accounts for non-payment which i accepted, but i kept calling for them to resolve the matter. One of the agents i called reconnected the services without even telling me, until i travelled, i was sitting not watching my tv because it was suspended. Now they are charging me for suddenly reconnecting my services without me even knowing & didn't even try watching the **** tv. I called 7 times. 1. Naomi ********** —i29 2. Nhlanhla 3. Sydney ********** —i44 4. Lindelo ********** —i47 5. Siphokazi ********** —i50 6. Rachel ********** —i155. Sydney said they will listen to the calls & will take about 3 days & it's now the second week. Siphokazi & Rachel said their managers will call me (definitely the next day) because they're not getting a response from Sydney. They were all fooling me. The calls are not even free, I've wasted a lot of money on airtime for this already. </p>
