they dont want to refund me on wrong payments take

I saw that they take money for an compact contract on my statement but i dont have a compact package i sorted it out at henberg electronics but when i went back to see that the refund has been done the lady there said that they are not going to refund me i will not pay until this is refunde they own me 1060,00
