I have been in contact with both bank about this constant problem with DSTV. <br> To enlighten you don't understand or have any knowledge of these things in order for you to be able to use your credit card and use the OTP three D security system number you have to have a valid credit card number, then you have to register to be able to receive an OTP number which is the special code for 3-D and if you're not registered with your ID number and your cell number if not they cannot send the 3-D security OTP to your private cell phone number as designated and registered. We have now at long clarified this for the idiots at Mnet. I take exception to the fact that both Mrs Foster and Bekker have not bothered to reply which also shows what kind of company and organization is this, a member of the JSE, and it doesn't go down too well.<br> I am battling for 3 months trying to pay as I lost a lot of money with this bunch on direct debit.
