They deserver zero stars

The amount of time we waste contacting them with issues is ridiculous. The first person said the next payment date would be updated, but it was not. The second person is taking close to an hour to get to my details, all i need is the next payment date updated correctly. DSTV set up a debit order when I did not consent, and now I made a payment & they also took my money. Now they want me to pay again next month when I've paid twice!!!!!
