They Changed My Address Now I Must Wait

I am disgusted. I updated my personal details on-line in September. I have since then made 2 payments - end of September and end of October.

My Delivery Address - which I am unable to access and update on-line, was changed by a consultant called Tuso. No idea why, and not entirely sure when.

Today I tried to draw my October statement and dsicovered to my utter horror that I have moved to an address in Chartwell!! Where neither I nor anyone I know lives, or has ever lived. This was done, according to the 3 consultants i spoke to, by Tuso.

So it's THEIR mistake.

Tomorrow, I need to prove my address and aimed to use my DSTv Statement - not possible after THEIR mistake.

I made multiple calls, and exhausted about R 100 in airtime only to be told that my problem will be escalated to their billing department, and should be resolved within 48 hours.

This is completely unacceptable - I did not break the system. I am current on my account. I need this fixed NOW, but am consistently told that they cannot fix it now.

Are there no "super users" on duty with the required passwords/accesses to fix THEIR mistakes?

This is a prime case of people working in the service industry, who are either *********** or completely uncaring, or both.

I wonder why Carte Blanche never does an exposé on DSTv's Call Centre???
