They better come and repair my system asap!!!!

I was basically Bul**** into taking an Explora Ultra Decoder, and Installer came to install it. It worked for a few weeks only, for the last 4-6 weeks I'm getting an E48-32 Error Code, I phone DSTV a few times, but no installer, the I received a call for a DSTV Call Centre, and the lady was very helpful, and told me the same installer will be sent to my house to repair the fault, but up to now, Nothing. I've been missing the rugby every weekend, and I'm sure this weekend will be no different.

I have been a client since 2000, and this is the kind of service that I get. I'm in a good mood to cancel this contract, I'm really fed-up now!
