They are useless,dont phone back.just give a flying f##k

<p>They deducted money from me on 4 August.after numerous complaints,FB messages,e-mails complaints and phone calls they just dont seem to care.the 1 person that looked like he was willing to help and said they will pay back my money just vanished of the face of the earth.the constantly say they will phone back or follow up.that is where they stay.my next step is Small claims court.I felt to bad to send the letter today because it will be the consultant that has to take the wrap,but if that is what it takes so be it.</p>
