<p>I sold my home in August 2015 and cancelled my DSTV the same month as the place we were renting had it included in rental.</p> <p>After buying a new place I wanted to re activate it only to be told I owe R442 as it was stillactive untill the 18th of August. Yes except that Multichoice bills in advance and I had paid for August and made sure when cancelling there was no outstanding amounts. So where does thsi come from. They had my cellphone number, not even a SMS they have my email which they use to invite me back every 2 weeks? Where does this magical debt come from? They cant answer that at all.. Well I refuse to support you ******* I gave the Explora to my brother and he paid the 442 and is using it for Dual Viewing so you ******* get nothing from me...</p> <p>Hello Netflix and Eros Now. My kids are happy and my wife is happy and I don;t have to listen to stupid naiger ads on the kids channels whole day..</p>

*** does this repsonse have to do with the fact that you were paid in advance for the month, the service was stopped partway through the month, I did not ask for a refund yet when I went to reconnect R442 was demanded from me for "arrears".. You message just confirmed that that the account is payable in advance and it was. My question is where did the R442 come from and are you going to refund my brother or me?
