Thembelani Mbali
I would like to take time and show appreciation to Thembelani Mbali who is an agent at DSTV. After 5 excruciating calls i made to DSTV and was assisted by agents who were not helpful and not clued up on their work by putting me on hold for hours, hanging up on me and promising to call me, and not living up to their promises. I was so frustrated and Thembelani managed to calm me down and get my query sorted. Thembelani is truly and gem.
