THEFT ON MY ACCOUNT!!! CONTRACT RENEWAL IGNORED!!
I have repeatedly tried to resolve the mystery that is our contract with DSTV! I have contacted online chat, told to email DSTV namely Mbali @ *** who said she would assist! Three emails later NO RESPONSE!! Now I see our debit order has come off for a substantial amount MORE ??? This after several attempts to speak to someone, on social media (several messages and posts have gone unanswered/ignored!!) This matter needs to be resolved and I expect a REFUND IMMEDIATELY! IF DSTV ARE MAKING IT SO DIFFICULT TO RENEW CONTRACTS ITS ON YOU!! NOT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF OVER 3 DECADES!! You have debited our account for an amount of R1425.00 and I am regarding this as THEFT!! No one has attempted to contact us in spite of my attempts to contact DSTV!! I AM FURIOUS!!
