Theft of money by from my account

Terrible company, full of lies and con artists. They took my money one year after I closed the account. Have reported it 5 times already, - every time the rep**** that someone will come back to me, or it's been escalated to supervisor level. What a load of *******. Nobody gets back to you. How come you still have my banking details on record? Should I lay a ******** charge against the CEO of the company, because even the staff don't want to give you their details, in case they get represented for not doing their work. Maybe I should take them to court. Get your act together - you have lost enough customers to bad broadcasting, now you will ******** charges against you. Please pay me back the money you STOLE from my account. PS, I'll bet anything that the response to this letter will be - noted, somebody will contact you. HA what a joke you are.
