Theft , horrible services

Dstv is the most horrible services i have every had . MY DSTV APP confrimed R308.00 . I made the payment the amount after 20 mins my account was blocked , i called in the 1st agent said i must hold on an agent drop the call in my hear , i called aagain 2rd agent told me my payment will reflect after 2 hours an drop the line. My services still available an amount shows now R580.00 . Dstv can keep my money but i will never every use there **** , theft services again.
