Theft by DSTV debit orders

today i woke to find a DSTV debit order on my statement, I first have never ask or request them to debit my account, I also wonder who gave authority for this action. So today i phone one the agent who didnt have an answer for me, she made wait for Refiloe who her supervisor to get answers. I'm still waiting. I also intend to complain to the payment association of south africa as this is so wrong, it is theft brought to you by multichoice
