Theft

Please be aware of MultiChoice South Africa , they have taken over R300 out of my account even though I am on a price lock deal , does this not relate to theft ? No one at MultiChoice can assist me be aware of signing a debit order with them , they take you money and if they make a mistake they cannot refund your money back to you rather pay them monthly
