Theft
I am on a price lock plan until early next year. My monthly debit amount is R963.50 which is paid every single month with a debit order. Friday 20 October Multichoice decided they will help themselves to R992.5. I phoned around 12h00 Friday, spoke to Lindiwe who said she will escalate to Price Lock Team and I will receive a call back within 24 hours. i am still waiting ... Surprised, hell no as Multichoice is quick to ***** from you but when it comes to queries they will ignore you till you go away. Unfortunately I am going no where. Phoned now Again, spoke to Kayleen Kruger. She will escalate to her Manager and come back to me. Benefit of the doubt to Kayleen for now as I just spoke to her and hope to receive the promised call still , but as I already lodged this query on Friday I lodge this complaint now. I want the money ****** from me back immediately and compensation for the lies being told to me.
