The worst treatment ever. Dstv Heist I should call it.

I am gatvol and up to my throat with this Dstv services. They are quick to disconnect services when you haven't pay but it comes to them keeping the end of their bargain.

It has been almost 3 weeks now without PVR functions even after we paid and even before that they had us disconnected even after we had paid and they told us the amount was not showing up yet. They connected us but for the wrong package, we queried. We were told they were experiencing technical problems. A day or 2 later the problem was fixed but then PVR functions were not active.

Firstly they told us we had not paid the for the functions, we paid and then we have told for the past 3 weeks that there is a technical glitch. Today I called in to find out if they hadn't fixed it because I haven't been able to access my PVR functions since I spoke to them 2 days ago. They told me the system is not allowing them to load the functions. I was told that the R255 they told us to pay will stay on our account until the functions have been loaded.

Now get this, we now have to pay R404 due the 30th (October). Meaning the R255 that we told won't be affected has been moved to next month's bill because Compact Plus is R529 and PVR functions are R100.

I am tired of being played like a fool. How can a system have a technical glitch for 3 weeks and no one cares to sort it out of someone solves it? How can the same system that supposedly "cuts off" the services refuse to load the same functions it "cut off"? I asked the client agent if we were the only one experiencing this, she flatly said "YES YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE". Honestly I don't need DSTV because I don't have a problem unsubscribing like I have done before for 4 years. I'm only doing it for my parents otherwise I would be watching Netflix because I can find all the shows on their schedule there and more.

This is the worst treatment I have had from Dstv to date and will never forget it.
