The worst service in SA

DSTV's customer service is despicable .It seems to be impossible to sort out some minor problem. DSTV delivered by mistake two decoders when I subscribed 5 month ago of which the installation took one back. This hasn't seemingly filtered through to accounts yet; they do refuse to activate my service, as they haven't received the monthly payment for the second decoder. Various attempts to correct the situation by talking to the call center agents haven proven to be fruitless. Absolutely shocking service!!!
