The worst service imaginable, they actually tell you to rather stream off someone else's device and close your account

My dad passed away on 16 August, we transferred the account from him to my mom and made a payment. Multichoice incorrectly allocated the payment to his account they have been promising since 4 September to move the funds across but keep disconnecting the services. Now today 16 Sept they say they don't accept emails any longer we must start the process from scratch online pathetic service and agents don't give a damn
