The Worst Service Ever
So quick to deduct clents' monies but take forever to solve issues. Agents are clueless, their supervisors full of empty promises of calling clients back. Now they have that impersonal chat box that bears rotten fruits. Such a huge organisation with an inability to assist its clients promptly.
