THE WORST SERVICE EVER

It's really annoying that one would have to complain on platforms like these in order to get assistance, I've been requesting for a call back on a product upgrade for over 3 months not today I decided to call the call center with 0 assistance instead I was put on hold for 30 minutes by a lady named Khanyisile who had no clue in the world on what she was doing. The DSTV call center is the pits 0 for human interaction and 0 for product resolutions Horrid to say the least. Oh and she never came back after keeping me for 30mins
