The worst service ever

I have never had such an appalling service ever, I mean it's just disgusting! They offered me internet service but to this date notjing has ever being right!!! To get the router to the correct address, Rica m, connection and now locking the router without my knowledge because apparently I move around with the router????like how is that even possible anyway when I call I get to hold if not disconnecting the call, like for instance I have been waiting for over 17.19 minutes with no answer or way forward... Now they want me to pay reconnection fees for something that is not my fault to vegin with! I stay at one place and don't even move around except going to work where I have free wifi services, so where do I move to? I don't understand what going on there but this has been the worst services that left a bad tatse in my mouth! I don't think I want this nonsense router anymore.Get someone to collect and lets part ways amicably coz wow😡😡😡
