the worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no one is willing to resolve the mess up that DSTV made on my account. we have consultants not knowing how to check their systems for commz, you have team leaders that know absolutely nothing at all. they go refunding incorrect amounts after you have clearly advised and given them statements, then they want to penalize you for their errors. I swear I might as well move to Netflix because clearly Multichoice is not customer centric. luckily im not the only one, so my friends and I might as well cancel our subscriptions
