The worst service!

You guys don't even deserve a star. I've recently bought a dstv Explora but its been giving me an error message. I called the call centre and I was told to rebook and if the error continues i should swap for another one. I did exactly that but the problem still persists. Thinking getting myself a refund, its truly not worth it.
