THE WORST SERVICE!!!!!

I have app**** for the new Explora 2 weeks ago. Customer service informed me that a debit order will be done and then they will send a tracking number via sms. The debit order went off but I did not receive any sms. <br> After numerous telephone calls, they informed me that it will take 24 hours. After 48 hours, no correspondence from anyone. I keep on calling and no one is attending to this matter and everyone has a different story.<br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THE WORST SERVICE!!!! Not even anyone from customer service had a answer to when this will be sorted nor can they give us any feedback at all!!! <br> How is it that they get frustrated when we call for feedback when we are the one who is entitled to get frustrated?????!!!!! <br> They take your money but NO service. <br> VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!!!
