The worst Sales agents ever

So I have been getting call 3-4 time a day regarding some insurance that they are trying to sell. so I decided to listen and find our what this was about. when I answer and said hello, the agent just when rambling off for about 5 mins. then I asked her about one of the benefits she mentioned, she just started from the beginning listing all the benefits. I stopped her and requested that she answered the question. she then proceeded to suck an answer out of her thumb. your agents clearly need training. there was no":how you?", "Is now a convenient time". just nothing. I have never seen this from any other service provider
