The worst, ***********

DSTv has the worst service, I have a subscription of two decoders ACCESS and COMPACT of which I accurately don't know how much is it because they don't debit the same amount monthly 🥱, this month they debited R530 while I was watching my account( Compact) was deactivated they told me I owe R400, I paid that R400 few minutes I checked my app I found out that they now deactivated my other account (access) saying I have to pay R166 , I didn't pay that money, I called their call centre I got a lame explanation of which I don't understand, this morning when I woke up I checked my to see if they have resolved the matter I found out that it's no longer R166 I owe it escalated to R332 of which I don't understand, what is it exactly that I owe .... that means if I pay this R332 again, this month alone I would have paid R1264.... For what exactly I want a clear explanation!!!!!!!!!!! You are the worst in business SHAPE UP!!!!!!!!
