The worst Customer service ever(DSTV call center)

I had the worst experience with a very rude, ill mannered, unprofessional and clueless lady by the name of: May-louise Ambraal. She rudely put me on hold while assisting me and told her friend next to her that I was speaking nonsense and irritating her.(she said it in afrikaans) of which I do understand afrikaans as well.
