The Worst Customer service ever. Useless agents mannn

Very very poor customer services. Really what the hell. I requested a downgrade for one of my decoders and I specifically told the agent thabiso which decoder to downgrade then he downgraded the incorrect decoder. I called in again Thursday requested for the upgrade for the incorrect decoder and a requested a downgrade again they agent said the downgrade is done and I advised how much I Should pay, only to wake up this morning my channels are closed, spoke to another agent on what’s app chat zintle M requested for my channels to be opened as the downgrade was made previously and I paid she advised I should wait for 24/48hours. Dstv consultants don’t know the meaning of first call resolution Dstv agents provide the worst service ever what exactly is the criteria for hiring agents cause the ones they have a bad and are failing. Now I have to wait for 24/48hours to open my channels I’m so irritated and frustrated . Just a simple downgrade 3 different consultants and still no help useless agents very useless.
