The worst customer service ever

I have been calling since 9am till this hour, I called 3 times to get help and all calls were cut off and speaking for 30 mins at a time. I'm. Sick and tired of dstv and I want my money back. I have a damn problem with the bladdy streaming **** of multichoice and its fine when you pay or they take your money but now that u voice a problem with them then they quick to ignore you. This is a reminder of why I canceled all my subscriptions with them because the service they give you is not even fit for a dog, I want to be called back as soon as possible today and I want my money back!! This service is unbelievable! All the consultants who accessee my profile today are all bladdy useless. Not 1 called me back! After all the money I spent on damn airtime. I sent what was requested of me now u ignore me!?
