The worst customer service ever!

Appalling service from dstv. They treated me like trash on the phone today by a whole manager! Telling me to "listen here". How dare she speaks to a customer like that,next thing you know while talking to much the line is dead! Phone dropped. After this woman was telling me how I'm busy talking and talking? I even tell the agent not to put me on hold and guess what?? She puts me on hold. Dstv doesn't care about us. I must call twice just to have a query resolved. But then again why would they care? They have no competitor and they know it. Thanks to Luniko though he atleast had the decency of listening to me go on on unlike the lady before him. And when the phone cut he called back. That manger and her agent need to be taken in for more customer service training!!
