The worst customer service

I have just about had enough with Multichoice. I use my FNB app to pay them and as of 2 months ago I have been charged a reconnection fee every month. I have forwarded all proofs of payment yet I sit once again with a reconnection fee being charged to my premium. I know it's not a lot of money, but to have to go through this exercise every month is annoying to say the least.
