The worst broadcasting company and employees

Dstv consultant told me that they will solve my query by no later than 12.25pm today and they will call me. It's 2 hours later and nothing has been done. I am a new customer and don't ever want to join dstv anymore. I have all my call recordings with them. Dstv. You guys stink
