The wheel of happiness ****

I'm very disappointed and upset because of DStv multichoice decided to rip everyone off who participated in the wheel of happiness competition. How can all subscribers be incorrectly billed for winning the free compact plus 1 month subscription? I'm told that they did not receive payment from my account and I'm expected to make the payment of incorrect billing of R1078 including my subscription of R838. I make payment via debit order and never skipped any payment but I'm told that my account is in arrears. Why was I not informed about the error? I tried to negotiate with them to reduce the so called arrears to 2 installments but they didn't budge. I was told that if I don't make the full payment they will disconnect my account.

I regret the day I participated in that competition. After this ordeal I will be cancelling my subscription. DStv doesn't deserve my hard earned money.
