The Ultimate DSTV ****

<p>I really wish there's an alternative to Dstv in Nigeria. The service is a mess. I'm a premium subscriber with extra view. For the past two months, I have either received compact Chanels only on the primary decoder and premium on the secondary or premium on the primary and E16 error on the secondary, or just compact on both. It's early crazy. I've called Dstv 24 times throughout this period to no avail. The staff keep telling me they have done their best or they will escalate with a feedback to the technical team. I've missed my one and only guilty pleasure- the tennis clay court tournaments. And lost 16,900 Naira every month plus all my phone credit on calls to rectify this. Yet nothing. I have asked them if their application will show a record of their mistakes and extend my subscription if and when they finally rectify it. The answer is of course NO. It's funny how their applications are effecient when they want to disconnect you and not when they default. </p>
