THE ****TIEST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!! I CANT EVEN CALL THEM A SERVICE PROVIDER COS THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE TO ME

****test service provider ever !!!!!!!! I pay my premiums in full every month but get only half or no service at all . I'm starting to experience endless problems with multichoice !!!!!! After 4 Hellopeter complaints my issue is still not resolved completely !!!!! Multichoice couldn't care less about their customers or their complaints . The customers complaints fall on deaf ears . The call centre agents drop the calls in your ear . I don't think they even know what to do or how to clear or fix errors , maybe thats the reason why they just drop the calls :) It's just sad that we have to pay for services we can't even use .
