The service is not horrible its F***** HORRIBLE

Its been a week since I reported that DSTV channel 117, timing is out of sync. The rep**** that they working on it and will get back to me.

I was just wondering when they will fix the timing problem and when will they get back to me, as this problem has just gotten worst................................
