The Price Lock Service is beyond revolting!! A nightmare!!

I complained a month ago regarding not being billed again. Rupert advised me that someone will be in contact with me via telephonic or email. Unsurprising - no one even bothered to contact me. I have complained, and reasoned with you guys for a very long time now. I even have all the supporting documents to support your revolting service. My mom- just called me to let me know that her subscription has been cut off- I have had it with you guys and will be meeting with my legal advisers to take this matter further!!! And I wish to have no communication for this Rupert person!!
