The MOST useless Company in South Africa!

I currently have a DSTV Internet package which has given NOTHING but problems since the installation 2 years ago. I'm a Premium Subscriber, and have been for more than 25 years, and now BECAUSE I have DSTV Internet I can no longer have access to Showmax, It's mind boggling!! I have also been trying, without ANY success, to upgrade the Internet from 2,4g to 5,0g also WITH NO SUCCESS after 4 phone calls at my own cost. WHAT IS ACTUAL PROBLEM WITH DSTV???
