The Most Terrible Service EVER. I found out about the Lock Price package of R779.00 for 24 months that DSTV Multichoice offers. I phoned 5 times over a period of a week (15/03/2022 till 23/03/2022) up till now nobody could assist me because Gloria, Nqwanda, Sinayo and 2 other consultants promised me that somebody will phone me back and explain the package to me and then I can decide if I want to change my package. I wonder what service do they provide to their customer if you need to begged so many times to upgrade your package with no success.
