The more we pay, the worse your service gets

<p>Hi</p> <p> From 2 seasons ago, you service offering has been deteriorating.</p> <p>Lots of things that you guys used to show, you no longer show them.</p> <p>When one drops you an email asking why, you always have this already prepared answer ' we do not have rights'.</p> <p>If you were in a competitve environment, you will not be saying you do not have righst but rather you will strive to get the rights to these events/shows because you will not want to loose/reduce your customer base to your rival. But since there is no rival, you get away with all these. I wonder what we pay these exhorbitant prices for sometimes.</p> <p>Let me give you examples of how your service offering has regressed instead of progressing.</p> <p>First, you took away ESPN without any explanation back in the days.</p> <p>For a season, you showed us Portuguese league and French League.</p> <p>From last season, you stopped showing Serie A and also the bundesliga. </p> <p>You also stopped showing us European qualifiers.</p> <p>If not for the outcry that you would have got, you would probably have stopped showing the EPL,La liga and Rugby.</p> <p>Companies strive to please their customers and offer more, you guys are the exact opposite. You do what pleases you.</p> <p> </p>
