The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing at DSTV

Shocking inepitude, poorly trained agents,Even worse accounting services. Nobday knows what they're doing there. Countless phone calls to at least 20 agents, hours on the phone, several emails. 4 POP's and still they cut me off. Twice although `i had paid on 18 March. I went into their Randburg Centre to pay. They gave me a receipt.

But not one agent could find my POP. Their agents are useless. Their HELP service is useless.

I would never recommend DSTV to anyone. I would love to cancel it but unfortunately I want to watch sport.
