The Horror that is DSTV

I signed up for a special so I can get an extra decoder. My services were suspended because i could ñot pay for Dec and Jan. I caller to find out how much I must pay since I am on compact plus and to my horror I was told I need to pay R1469.60. How is this possible? This is day light *******. I need an explanation ASAP

I called your call centre after making the payment at 9:59 and the call was disconnected because I ran out of airtime since I have been calling all morning. I had 3 "missed" calls but my phone only rang once. Don't buzz me call me. I sent my proof of payment as I was told that the payment was not reflecting even though I paid at ShopRite which is weird. My services are still disconnected and no further contact has been made. Clearly this is not a concern to you. Call me back. You have my numbers. Proof of payment Ref number is Ref ***

I just called twice.bone lady said she would call me back in 10 or 15 min. That was at 3. I called again and the call was disconnected and no call back. What do I need to do???? Like I am so super annoyed.
