The hell I got from dstv for the past two months!!

Can someone out there help as I have been sitting without tv since January because an agent from dstv pricelock offered me a deal only to find out that the decoder offered was same decoder I have and I phoned them same day to cancel and the AGENT I spoke with adviced me not to take the installation and the decoder so that they can bring it back for them to cancel it cause by the time I called them they already dispatched it so when the installer came for the installation I told him that I was adviced to not take the installation as I have cancel it and he went back with it and since that time in the middle of January I have noticed that my profile on the dstv now had an amount that needed me to pay at the end of the month I started calling them dstv to do a follow up as to what was happening with my account they kept telling me they are escalating my problem and their manager will get back to me in the next 24hrs and these kept happening each and every time I contact them and last week I received a call from their collectors wanting money from and asking me when am I paying them the money I owe them so I told them I got an issue with dstv and since January I have been calling them without any luck everytime I call them they keep escalating my problem promising me a call in 24hrs with the manager sorting out my issue and after writing a review here on hellopeter I got a 2 minutes call with the AGENT wanting to know if I have the decoder and I told him there is no decoder or installation done here at my house and he told me he is going to call their WAREHOUSE to check if the decoder is there now my problem here is are they going to call me back to sort out the issue I have of owning them the thousand something they allocated on my dstv app or profile and put back the decoders I had so that I can get them back on working or these is going to take two months or more for them to back to me as they waited for me to call them all the time for the past two months
