THE HEIGHT OF DESPERATION

I was called a few weeks ago by a company claiming to collect monies on behalf of Multichoice and informed me that I owe R138, they called on several occassions.

I have not used DSTV in more than a year because I am using Netflix and other means of viewing entertainment. I paid R200 only to be told that I need to pay another R550 to activate my services.

I do not need DSTV and would like my money refunded immediately. I have called the call centre numerous times over the last few days but it seems the call centre agents only hear what they want and keep insisting that I pay the outstanding amount to activate my services.

I DO NOT WANT DSTV!!!!! PAY ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!
