The greatest service ever!

<p>I contacted your call centre this morning to get a copy of my statement emailed to me, after some glitches yesterday and the previous day with this request. However, unlike the other consultants Thebogo Mdhuli stayed with the problem until it was solved - no promises that it will take overnight for the email to arrive, but just sticking with me on the phone and taking great care that I had received the email BEFORE she rang off. Absolutely wonderful service, thank you Thebogo!</p>
