The de listing dept

<p>After numerous attempts I still have no feedback from the delisting dept. They listed me as slight tendency to non payment. My credit profile is so bad cause of this. I can't get any credit. I have been a premuim subscriber for more than five years. I was retrenched at work in 2015 and this is still reflecting on the bureau though I owe multichoice nothing. I mailed numerous times and asked my name to be cleared from the bureau so that I can be credit worthy. Simply no feedback. There's also no listed number for the dept that listed me. You can only respond via email. One way email that is. They thank you I got from them after many years of payments, had two decoders at one stage, both premium. They never update when you pay, but if you miss a payment, you get listed very quick. Poor service really. </p>
