The clients service department is no where , extremely *********** staff

I had the most terrible experience with multichoice call centre , the suspended my dstv while my account is up-to-date, it all started with an sms that my debit order will be R1320 instead of my fixed premium of R764.the next day I called them to inquire abt the sudden increase of my subscription, the call centre agent are useless their telephone s****s sucks, I made number of calls no one was able to assist me, if I had a choice I will cancel my contract with them..im very dissapointed with their services..
