The Choice to leave

Surprisingly there is more than one complaint posted on this platform about Lesego. Management where are you??<br> I called the technical team for assistance and spoke to the very unprofessional Charmaine. It is evident that this woman is not passionate about her job, she kept me waiting for over 20 mins to possibly take a personal call on her cell phone after the call of almost 2 hours disconnected she did not even call me back after confirming my contact details. Follow up call to Lesego was not very professional either. I would seriously encourage your Management team to motivate and help Charmaine and Lesego find jobs outside of Multichoice. They are bad for the reputation of the company.
