The big DSTV Rugby World Cup ****.

I was on the thousands of viewers that were ****med by DSTV/Multichoice to sign up to watch the Rugby World Cup for R19.95. in my case R505 were deducted from bank account, under the auspices that I do have DSTV account, but here is the catch the R505 deducted from my bank account, to this day I cannot watch a single DSTV channel. Calling customer care is even more useless as no-one seem te be able to resolve this issue. Promises were made that the "relevant department", but that has also not happened. So despite paying and exorbitant amount of money to watch one rugby game, it seems DSTV was just fooling around trying to increase their viewers,but providing a service.
